CATS SUPPORT
The CATS software is installed at the client site by Meteorage engineers. The installation is followed by a training for the system users and administrators.
During the one year warranty the technical support can be contacted by phone or email. A remote access to the system is recomended in order to ease the support tasks.
Following the warranty, a maintenance contract ensures technical support and periodic releases of the purchased modules.
Meteorage can propose different kind of services like specific developments for lightning data integration, remote maintenance, some native language support.
The CATS' user comunity meet each year to share experience, learn about the new products and contribute to the definition of future releases.
